Fleet & Sales Representative 

 

About the Role 

We’re hiring a Fleet & Sales Representative at Bolton Ford to support both our commercial fleet business and our retail sales operation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple customer types, and working in a fast-paced dealership environment. 

 

You’ll spend part of your time developing and managing fleet and commercial accounts, and part of your time supporting traditional vehicle sales. The right candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable balancing long-term account relationships with day-to-day sales activity. 

 

Fleet & Commercial Sales Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and fleet customers 

  • Prospect and identify new fleet and business-to-business sales opportunities 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for fleet clients, providing tailored vehicle solutions 

  • Prepare pricing, quotes, bids, and proposals for fleet and commercial opportunities 

  • Coordinate with finance, service, and operations teams to support fleet customers 

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, and fleet account activity 

 

Retail Sales Responsibilities 

  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot 

  • Guide customers through the vehicle selection, purchasing, and delivery process 

  • Present vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and dealership services 

  • Prepare sold vehicles for delivery and ensure a smooth customer handoff 

  • Deliver vehicles and review operating features, paperwork, and warranties with customers 

  • Provide a professional, friendly, and prompt customer experience at all times 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Automotive sales experience  

  • Fleet or commercial vehicle sales experience considered an asset 

  • Ford experience is an asset 

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 

  • Comfortable managing multiple customers and priorities at once 

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up habits 

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CDK and dealership systems 

  • Self-motivated and driven to meet sales goals 

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay: $90,000-$140,000 based on ability to sell effectively.
