Talbot & Associates (T&A) is a bilingual Accounting Firm (CPA) founded in Manitoba that has been serving its clients since 1991. Our team of over 90 members offers an array of services steeped in decades of combined experience from varying backgrounds.

WHO YOU ARE:

• A warm and positive individual, who is intrinsically motivated and who demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• An individual with strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workloads and effectively manage tight deadlines.


• Someone with meticulous attention to detail.


• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with both staff and clients.


• An individual who understands the importance of maintaining privacy and trust with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• A good basic understanding of accounting principles, which could be demonstrated through: experience (1-2 years) or education (degree complete or partially complete).


• Strong computer skills, with expertise in Excel.


• The ability to learn quickly and accept feedback.


• Bilingualism (French/English), which is considered an asset but not required.
