About Us: Latitude Air Ambulance takes pride in offering best in class service in the areas of International & Interprovincial Medical Evacuations/Repatriations, COVID 19 Transfers, Critical and Noncritical Repatriations, Neonatal and Pediatric Transfers, Bariatric up to 700lbs, Dual Patient, Case Management and Bed Finding Services, Organ Transfers. Team Latitude endeavours in all areas to provide the highest level of Safety Standards and Risk Assessment within Medical, Flight, and Maintenance Operations. We are proud of our unblemished record with our governing body, Transport Canada. Latitude is also accredited through the European Aero-Medical Institute (EURAMI). Latitude's team of medical professionals includes fully licensed physicians, paramedics, registered nurses, and respiratory therapists. Each medical team is chosen to match the specific needs of each individual patient.

All positions will be located at the Hamilton International Airport located in Mount Hope, ON.  Applicants interested in a long-term opportunity will receive priority over others.

Some positions we hire for include:




  • Pilots: Captain & First Officer

    • Captain Qualifications: Transport Canada ATPL with a minimum of 2,000 hours total time and 500 hours of ME PIC experience required



  • Flight Registered Nurse

    • Must have minimum 2 years recent full-time ICU/CCU/ER experience



  • Flight Respiratory Therapists

    • Must have minimum 2 years recent full-time ICU/CCU/ER experience



  • Flight Primary Care Paramedics

    • Must have minimum 2 years recent full-time field experience; eligible to write 'F' certification 



  • Flight Nurse Coordinators (RN Administrative Role)

  • Operational Control Center (Duty Officer)

  • Customer Service Reps - Sales & Quoting

  • Aircraft Maintenance Engineers & Apprentices

  • Various Administrative Roles (Medical, Maintenance, Finance, etc.)

Other Essential Requirements:




  • Many of our positions are in Continuous Operations (24/7) departments and may require the ability to work variable, on-call shifts with long periods of travel (up to 10 days at time) or rotating schedules that include coverage of days, nights, weekends and holidays. 

  • Flight & Medical Crews must live within 1 hour driving distance of base for on call dispatch or be willing to relocate. 

  • Candidates must have G2 or higher license and be able to provide own transportation to and from John C. Munro Hamilton International Airport
