Key Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly operational duties
• Oversee restaurant operations including product production and inventory management
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain positive employee relations
• Manage personnel, marketing efforts, and financial performance
• Follow operational guidelines set by Little Caesars Corporate

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of management experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR)
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions
