Généraliste en Ressources Humaines /Human Resources Generalist

Les Viandes Intercité, une compagnie spécialisée de Service Alimentaire Gordon, està la recherche d'un(e) Généraliste en Ressources Humaines pour assister leur équipe énergique à Anjou.

Poste: temps plein, permanent

Horaire de travail : lundi au vendredi 8H30-17H00 ( heures rotatives)

Le/La généraliste en ressources humaines est responsable de la gestion des dossiers d'invalidité, des relations employés, de la formation, de la conformité légale et des initiatives de bien-être au sein d'une entreprise de distribution alimentaire. Il favorise un environnement de travail équilibré et collabore étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles.

Responsabilités du poste:

• Assurer un rôle-conseil auprès des gestionnaires dans leurs activités quotidiennes

• Planifier, développer et effectuer le suivi des formations et sessions d’intégration pour les employés d’opérations

• Répondre aux différentes questions du personnel

• Participer à différentes activités R.H comme: gestion de la performance, santé et sécurité au travail, rémunération, dossier invalidité, événements corporatifs, etc.

• Offrir un support quant à la résolution de problèmes et l'application des politiques et procédures de gestion des relations humaines, notamment en matière d'interprétation de l'entente de travail et des différentes législations du travail

• Participer et soutenir au besoin dans le processus de dotation

• Effectuer tout autres tâches connexe au poste

Critères de sélection:

• Posséder un baccalauréat en relations industrielles / ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe

• Avoir une expérience de 3 ans et + en ressources humaines dans un poste de généraliste

• Connaître différentes lois telles que: LNT, LSST, LATMP

• Être bilingue écrit et parlé (français/anglais)

• Être motivé par coacher et influencer des gestionnaires d’expérience

• Se démarquer par ses qualités organisationnelles et gestion de priorités

• Aimer travailler dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif

• Faire preuve d'empathie, autonomie et flexibilité dans les méthodes de travail

Les Viandes Intercité, a subsidiary company of Gordon Food Service, is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support their energetic team in Anjou.

• Position: Full-time, Permanent

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (rotating hours)

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing disability files, employee relations, training, legal compliance, and wellness initiatives within a food distribution company. They promote a balanced work environment and collaborate closely with operational teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide an advisory role to managers in their daily activities

• Plan, develop, and follow up on training and onboarding sessions for operations employees

• Answer various questions from staff

• Participate in different HR activities such as: performance management, occupational health and safety, compensation, disability files, corporate events, etc.

• Offer support regarding problem resolution and the application of human resources management policies and procedures, particularly regarding the interpretation of the labor agreement and various labor legislations

• Participate and support the staffing process as needed

• Perform any other tasks related to the position

Selection Criteria:

• Hold a bachelor's degree in industrial relations / human resources or a related field

• Have 3+ years of experience in human resources in a generalist role

• Knowledge of various labor laws such as: LNT (Act respecting labor standards), LSST (Act respecting occupational health and safety), LATMP (Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases)

• Bilingual in written and spoken communication (French/English)

• Motivated to coach and influence experienced managers

• Stand out for your organizational skills and priority management

• Enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment

• Demonstrate empathy, autonomy, and flexibility in working methods
