Job Description:

We’re looking for a Gift Card Specialist who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and enjoys seeing their work directly impact the customer experience. In this role, you’ll lead the project management and tactical execution of TJX Canada’s Gift Card and payment programs, helping drive key departmental and corporate objectives. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams, influence program enhancements, and contribute to initiatives that support our growing business. What You’ll Do:

• Day to day project lead for external gift card vendors: SVS, Buyatab, Blackhawk, InComm and Incentive partners
• Generates reports, monitors and analyzes gift card data, identifying opportunities to optimize sales ie: distribution/inventory management, marketing opportunities, and technology optimization
• Prepares creative briefs for internal creative services department, coordinates creative process and reviews materials to ensure they maintain brand standards and deliver against program objectives
• Provides monthly administration support to Gift Card team (e.g. tracking expenses, issuing purchase orders, entering invoices, following up on overdue invoices, etc)

About You:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance or Marketing, preferably within retail, with demonstrated understanding of gift card, customer service and/or Marketing customer loyalty program initiatives
• Solid organizational development skills including, time management; ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, time manage and multi-task with limited supervision and sometimes under time pressure
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, communicate and interpret information accurately; bilingualism an asset; able to develop and build relationships with internal and external partners / team members; customer service skills including efficiently and effectively responding to inquires or resolving any conflicts or problems that might arise
• Strong project management skills including structured project methodology (i.e. determining needs, researching existing programs, etc.); utilizing multiple sources of information to develop well-structured business recommendations preparing and maintaining detailed development plans for projects; determining project specifications; understanding and applying principles of project control; and knowledge of and ability to use project reporting systems
