Glen Arbour Golf Club Facilities Cleaner

Behind every great guest experience is a clean and well-cared for space. As an integral part of our team, the Facilities Cleaner plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of Glen Arbour Golf Club and the Deerfield Pub. 

This role is a permanent position, with full-time hours during the golf season (May–October) and part-time hours in the off-season (November–April).

How you’ll spend your day:

• Perform routine cleaning throughout the clubhouse and pub, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping, and sweeping


• Clean and sanitize all washrooms, including floors, mirrors, sinks, and toilets


• Empty garbage and recycling, replace liners, and transport waste to designated disposal areas


• Restock washroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels


• Maintain the overall appearance of all spaces through spot cleaning of walls, surfaces, and high-touch areas


• Clean windows and glass surfaces as required


• Complete scheduled floor and carpet care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning


• Support light laundry duties (washing, drying, folding, and returning items) as needed


• Help maintain exterior clubhouse areas by removing debris and ensuring a clean, tidy environment

What will help you thrive:

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness


• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively


• Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays


• Comfortable using ladders occasionally and working in a variety of environments


• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
