What you'll do:
Assist department manager with ordering activities as per Southern Plains Co-op policy and procedure.
To ensure that the department’s receiving, and handling of merchandise meets all Southern Plain Co-op policies, procedures, and standards.
To be responsible for maintaining housekeeping standards within the department.
To assist with the human resources areas within the department.
To be responsible for the adherence and enforcement of Southern Plains policies and procedures.
To be responsible in the area of loss prevention.
To adhere to all food safety and all other safety requirements and procedure.

You have strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to supervise a staff.
1 year experience in retail and/or customer service, with supervisory and store clerk experience preferred.
You are willing to participate in all necessary training programs.

You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
Must be flexible in hours worked.
