Growth Marketing Specialist

Our highly collaborative team is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to support our paid marketing efforts. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing the ideal candidate has proven experience executing efficient Paid Social campaigns, driving growth, and is passionate about performance-oriented content creation. We’re looking for a data driven expert that is detail-oriented, collaborative, curious, and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

• Develop content briefs and messaging hierarchy to support paid marketing channels across all stages of the marketing funnel.


• Continuously A/B test creative strategy to effectively grow and convert key audience segments, and improve paid media campaign creatives in line with marketing strategy.


• Own digital marketing campaign execution, including ad uploads, creative updates, and maintaining content trackers.


• Conduct creative analysis and industry research to inform comprehensive creative paid marketing strategies and evolve and optimize the strategy in partnership with the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, driving online and in-store revenue.


• Support end-to-end influencer process for paid marketing programs, including influencer identification, vetting, contracting, management, and performance reporting.


• Analyze marketing performance by updating reports and tracking key metrics, helping to refine strategies for better results.


• Partner closely with our agency to support Google campaign execution, assist with creative updates, and manage content delivery to drive traffic, enhance search visibility, and boost engagement.


• Create paid marketing campaigns that reflect our brand’s values and objectives so all content is cohesive, creative, and aligned with Casper’s brand standards in collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, design,


• Contribute to the creative planning and promotional process by actively participating in campaign ideation and assisting with marketing briefs for paid channels.


• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, consistently maintaining creativity and attention to detail.


• Stay ahead of content trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas that align with the evolving digital landscape and support established targets.


• Support Content Marketing Production ensuring paid channel needs are covered from development to execution

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


• 2 – 4 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a dynamic, high-growth environment with 2 years focused on paid social running Meta and Tik Tok.


• Proficient and demonstrated expertise in performance marketing channels & tools, specifically Meta, Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok (including Smart Plus and Search Campaigns), Google (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen), and GA4 (an asset). 


• Demonstrated success running influencer campaigns across key platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, etc.


• Comfortable participating and being in photoshoots and video recordings to support company marketing, and brand initiatives.


• Experience in managing ecommerce product feeds


• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; project management experience a definite asset.


• Comfortable working with data to track performance and identify opportunities for optimization.


• Understanding of e-commerce and its digital marketing landscape.


• Able to work independently and drive key projects while also thriving in a team environment. 


• Some travel required in GTA for photo/video shoots

Additional Information

This is a current open position.  The salary range for this position is $55,000.00- $65,000.00 annually.  Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
