Heavy Equipment Operator

Operate mobile equipment such as excavator, shovel and production loader. Follow all established policies, procedures, and best practices as well as industry specific regulations. Work closely and cooperatively with peers and supervisor to achieve the objectives of the plant in a safe and professional manner. Grade 10 completed is required. Surface Common Core (770210) required Specialty Module- U5039: Wheel Loader (considered an asset) 2-3 years\u0027 experience operating mid to large size excavator or shovel (electric or hydraulic) Valid driver\u0027s license and a clean driving record Mining or heavy industrial construction experience considered an asset. Ability to work with minimal supervision and work well with others in a team environment. Written and oral communication skills. Must be obsessed with safety and risk.
