Housing/Retail Worker - Crown

Civeo Crown Services Employees LP is currently looking to fill positions of a Housing/Retail Worker at one of our lodges located near Fort McMurray, AB. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall hygienic conditions of the bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, and laundry rooms. Reporting to the designated supervisor, the successful candidate will work 21 days on and 7 days off rotation, which may include days, nights, weekend shifts, and statutory holidays.

Key Responsibilities

•    General cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing within cleaning target times.
•    Make beds and change sheets per schedule.
•    Clean washers, dryers and laundry room, including the areas behind machines and removing lint from dryer after every cycle.
•    Sanitize washrooms including shower stalls, shower mats, sinks, toilets, and floor after each shift change.
•    Review the Daily Room Allocation sheet and perform any special requests that may arise day to day.
•    Report any damage, theft and abandoned articles to the Supervisor.
•    Adhere to safety policies and procedures by following company safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
•    Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

•    Experience in housekeeping.
•    Current, valid First Aid certification is an asset.
•    Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
•    Must be able to move, lift, carry, pull, push, and place objects away weighing up to 50 lbs.
