Reporting to the Director, Employee Experience, you will serve as Kindred’s subject matter expert for HR technology, workforce data, reporting and system optimization. You will help maximize the value of our people systems, strengthen the integrity and governance of workforce data, and turn information into meaningful insights that support team members, leaders and organizational decision-making. Working closely with People and Culture, Payroll, Finance, IT and business leaders, you will advance system capabilities, workforce analytics and process improvements across the employee lifecycle.
