Training Overview
â Oversee Training and Development
â Update and organize company policies and procedures in regards to training, development and company culture
â Assess organizational training and development needs through surveys, interviews and
communication with employees.
â Stay up to date with the latest trends in learning and development
â Develop training plans and materials to fulï¬ll speciï¬c training needs
â Host and facilitate various training groups
â Use various training formats including in person, virtual training, and videos
â Ensure compliance training needs are met
People Development
â Manage the People Development Program
â Maintain content and administrative details
â Ensure employee success and engagement rates
â Coordinate and help support special events, sponsorships and projects within our community
â Actively manages the Culture Committee and delegates roles and task efï¬ciently
â Ensure sector programming aligns with Cloré Vivid Vision
Customer Relations
â Respond to escalated customer inquiries online and over the phone, including conï¬ict resolutions
Staff Management
â Manage staff through training, support, motivation and assigning duties
â Provide leadership, ensuring exceptional people development administration, and handling employee suggestions or concerns
Reporting
â Reports to Human Resources Manager
â Minimum of 5 years retail experience
â Post-secondary education preferred
â Ability to effectively teach/develop others to the next level
â Proï¬cient in Microsoft Ofï¬ce applications
â Strong communication skills and attention to detail
â Ability to interact and communicate with people clearly without personal bias
â Strong leadership skills
