In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, managing their insurance needs, analyzing risk exposures, and matching them with the right coverage from top insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities

  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering timely, professional service while building and maintaining long-term business relationships.

  
  


• 
  

  Evaluate clients’ current coverages and exposure to analyze risk and recommend optimal policy solutions.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage end-to-end client file documentation, including policy reviews, quotes, endorsements, and cancellations in accordance with established company workflows.

  
  


• 
  

  Act as an effective liaison between clients and insurance carriers to negotiate and resolve policy matters.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain up-to-date, extensive knowledge of various insurance products and services across multiple carrier lines.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform additional operational duties as assigned by management.

  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• 
  

  Level 1 or Level 2 Alberta General Insurance license preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience. Prior experience with sales and the Applied EPIC Broker Management System is considered a strong asset.

  
  


• 
  

  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology/telephone systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.

  
  


• 
  

  Friendly, empathetic attitude with the proven ability to stay calm, composed, and efficient under pressure or during peak volumes.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Successful candidate must pass a standard Criminal Record Check.
