Join the Ultimate Renovations team as an Interior Designer and bring your creativity, technical knowledge, and eye for detail to one of Canada’s most respected renovation firms. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Design, Sales, and Project Management teams to craft functional, beautiful spaces that align with our clients’ visions. Your understanding of materials, finishes, space planning, custom cabinetry, and the renovation process will help elevate our award-winning designs to new heights.

As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for the following:

• Working directly with clients to develop design concepts that reflect their style, needs, and lifestyle.


• Creating detailed selection packages.


• Coordinating and collaborating with Project Managers, Architectural Technologists, and Trades throughout the design and build process.


• Maintaining organized and accurate records of selections and revisions in accordance with company standards.


• Sourcing and specifying materials, fixtures, and finishes.


• Staying current with design trends, innovations, and building code considerations.

On your resume we will be looking for the following qualifications:

• A degree or diploma in Interior Design from a recognized institution.


• 2+ years of interior design experience, with residential renovation experience considered a strong asset.


• An understanding of construction, cabinetry, materials, and lighting.


• Experience working with construction documents, and a general understanding of building code as it relates to design planning.


• A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and range in residential design.


• A collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
