Interior Quality Control Supervisor, Residential (Contract) (Squamish, BC)

We are looking for two detail-oriented Quality Supervisors to join our Construction team on a contract basis. This is an initial 6-month contract, with the potential to extend. This individual will support the Site Superintendent in overseeing day-to-day construction activities, with a strong focus on quality control, deficiency management, and ensuring every project reflects Anthem's standards.

MTN Village is a thoughtfully designed, mixed-use community just 10 minutes from downtown Squamish. Blending West Coast Contemporary architecture with nature, it features 107 townhomes, 79 condos, 80 rental homes, plus commercial and light-industrial spaces. This walkable, three-phase development is built for outdoor enthusiasts and community-minded residents alike. This role is site-based at our MTN Village project in Squamish, BC (1940 Forestry Rd, Squamish, BC V8B 0A8). 

You are

You will

• Support the Site Superintendent in coordinating and managing daily construction activities


• Oversee the zero-deficiency turnover process, ensuring completed work meets Anthem's quality standards


• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and Anthem's construction standards to guide trade coordination and work completion


• Clearly communicating quality expectations, requirements, and deadlines to the team


• Manage subtrade performance


• Build and manage deficiency lists, following up until items are closed out and flagging anything that puts quality or timelines at risk


• Track material deliveries, equipment rentals, and equipment returns as needed


• Champion safety on site


• Support final occupancy and project turnover by ensuring all required documentation is complete and well organized


• Look for opportunities to improve construction methods, quality outcomes, and overall project delivery


• Take on additional site-management responsibilities as needed

You have

• Experience in residential construction, quality control, deficiency management, or site supervision


• A track record of coordinating subtrades while maintaining high standards for quality, schedule, and site organization


• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify, document, and follow through on deficiencies


• Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment


• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset


• Comfort with standard computer applications and construction documentation systems

Compensation: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour

This contract will run for approximately 6 months, with the potential for extension.
