Intermediate - Real Estate Paralegal / Conveyancer

Our client, a well-established law firm in North Vancouver, is committed to delivering the highest standards of legal service. They are currently seeking a Intermediate Real Estate Paralegal / Conveyancer to join their Real Estate Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct title searches and review title documents.


• Draft and register Land Title Office forms.


• Coordinate with conveyancers, realtors, brokers, and insurance agents on closing matters.


• Arrange for the deposit of trust funds and trust payments.


• Report to clients and third parties upon transaction completion.


• Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Education and Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in real estate law.


• Expertise in residential transactions, and some commercial experiecne would be considered an asset.


• Experience acting for lenders and borrowers on mortgage transactions.


• Proficiency in BC Online, Worldox, myLTSA, and other required real estate forms.


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels.


• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage responsibilities in time-sensitive scenarios.


• Sound discretion and judgment in handling confidential matters.


• Comprehensive understanding of BC Land Title Office registration requirements, including e-filing experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
