At GEMTEC, we offer something different. We’re an employee-owned, 400-person multidisciplinary consulting firm—not too big, not too small. We’re large enough to compete head-to-head with publicly traded engineering giants, but still small enough to maintain the culture and flexibility of a close-knit team.
Our size and hands-on management style let us move quickly, embrace new opportunities, and empower our people to shape their own careers—without getting lost in corporate bureaucracy.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited university
Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Leading and managing civil engineering projects from concept through completion, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and within scope

Preparation of stamped engineering drawings, quality assurance/control specifications and quantity estimates issued for tender and construction project administration.

Your background and what you bring:
5+ years of experience in civil engineering practice
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills with a commitment to quality.
