Inventory Coordinator - Winter 26/27

Big White Ski Resort is seeking a qualified Inventory Coordinator for the winter season. The Inventory Coordinator will assist the Inventory Manager with receiving and storing all food and beverage inventory; undertaking weekly, biweekly and monthly inventory of stock levels; entering data; and maintaining the organization and sanitation of all storage areas.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Managing inventory of dry, fresh and frozen goods


• Managing weekly ordering


• Receiving orders and rotating stock


• Updating costing information in inventory spreadsheet


• Costing menu items


• Changing out garbage and recycling bins

Position requirements/skills:          

• Inventory and receiving skills


• Experience using Microsoft 365 programs - Excel, Word, and Outlook


• Strong customer service skills


• Ability to work as part of a team


• Ability to drive an all-terrain forklift

Physical demands:

• Ability to lifting up to 40kg


• Ability to sit for extended periods
