Investment Advisor Associate

Investment Advisor Associate     -   Toronto

This role is an associate position to support our financial advisor client.  A well established advisor with a private wealth management firm in Toronto.

The outstanding financial associate will be one whose expertise in accurate reporting and efficient account management and an established understanding of private wealth management is widely accepted.

Who you are:

A detail oriented experienced associate with

- exceptional collaboration and communication  skills

-superb organizational skills

-great analytical and problem-solving abilities

-extensive knowledge of accounting procedures and standards

-proficiency in integrated financial management software

-observes best practices in financial management and experience in a similar environment

Duties:

-manage account records

-analyze financial data

-manage account records

-update financial spreadsheets, reports, and accounting discrepancies

-preparing reports

-organize and conduct presentations for clients

-manage day to day financial procedures

Qualifications:

-C.S.C.

-3 to 4 years experience or more working as a financial associate

-Bacherlor’s degree in the finance  or accounting would be considered a plus
