The Role & Key Responsibilities:

· Enhance client relationships with exceptional customer service

· Processing financial and non-financial investment transactions

· Respond to phone and email inquiries from Advisors, Dealers, and Fund

Managers in a timely manner

· Analyze complex issues or requests to determine best course of action

· Faxing trade rejects and other requests

· Document Scanning and filing

· Other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred

· Knowledge of Fund Administration · Two years’ experience in the Financial

Services industry strongly preferred

· Ability to work towards and meet agreed deadlines

· Ability to work independently and also be a strong team contributor

· Highly organized and motivated individual with an acute attention to detail

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Self-starter who volunteers for new opportunities and projects

· Ability to manage time effectively

· Excellent interpersonal with effective written and verbal communications skills

Salary ranges from CAD $40,000.00 – CAD $41,000.00 plus additional discretionary yearly bonus based on corporate and individual's performance. Compensation within this range is dependent on individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
