Make an impact with our Technology - Support Services team as an IT Support Technician. This diverse team of tech-savvy problem solvers are the professionals our team members rely on to get the most out of their technology tools. As a trusted advisor, you’ll support, utilize, and maintain MNP’s technology to ensure smooth IT operations, enabling team members to work efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities



  • Support team members daily in the use of their technology tools both in person and remotely, across Canada

  • Deploy, configure, and support our key business applications, particularly in tax and accounting,

  • Provide technical support and maintenance relating to workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals

  • Contribute to the evolution of our IT support standards, guidelines, policies, and processes

  • Manage requests through ServiceNow and enrich our knowledge base for the benefit of the entire team

  • Deliver training individually or in groups, to help them become more autonomous and efficient

  • Collaborate within a large Technology team while demonstrating autonomy and initiative

  • Travel outside your home city as required, which may include same-day travel or multi-day trips

  • Availability to work occasional shifts outside of standard hours or in an on-call rotation, to support the continuity of service


Skills and Experience



  • Technologically savvy, with a strong ability to learn new applications, platforms, and systems quickly

  • Experience in IT support or customer service

  • Proficient in modern Windows-based operating system

  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and translate their needs into concrete solutions

  • Knowledge of audiovisual technologies and business applications in professional services is an asset

  • Familiarity with networking, coding, or IT asset management is an asset

  • Written and verbal French and English language skills, due to frequent collaboration with English-speaking teams/clients across Canada and some client deliverables/regulatory reporting obligation are in English
