Junior/Intermediate Water Resources Engineer

Play an integral role in Worley Consulting’s Environmental & Sustainability team, supporting the delivery of innovative water resources solutions that help clients manage complex environmental challenges and advance sustainable project outcomes. Working alongside multidisciplinary specialists across Canada and North America, you will contribute to projects that support responsible development in the mining, chemicals, energy, infrastructure, and environmental sectors.

Purpose of the role
As a Junior/Intermediate Water Resources Engineer, you will support the planning, analysis, design, and delivery of water resource management solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will apply engineering principles and water modeling expertise to address complex hydrologic, hydraulic, water management, and environmental challenges while contributing to high-quality project execution, client satisfaction, and business growth.
You will collaborate closely with project managers, technical specialists, and clients to deliver practical, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions while continuing to build your technical and professional capabilities within a leading global consulting organization.
Location(s)\: Calgary, Alberta or Vancouver, British Columbia
This is a full-time position with flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work options based on project and business requirements. Travel may be required to support client engagement, field programs, and project delivery activities across North America.

Applicants based in the province of British Columbia, the salary range is $104,213 to $132,000.
