Landscape construction

Building dream
backyards for customers which includes but is not limited to:
Retaining walls, artificial grass, decks, fences, sod install,
paving stones, walkways, driveways, excavation, planting
etc.

Framing and finish
carpentry, experience with composite decking, fences both custom
and prefab, basic formwork, and able to work quickly while
maintaining a high level of quality

• A driver's
  license who are comfortable driving pickup trucks. A license is
  not mandatory but is preferred.
  
• Ability to drive
  trailer, 10-14ft
  
• Proven experience
  as a Carpenter, preferably in landscape construction or related
  field.
  
• Proficiency in
  carpentry techniques, including measuring, cutting, shaping, and
  assembling.
  
• Knowledge of
  various wood types, their properties, and best practices for
  outdoor use.
  
• Ability to read
  and interpret landscape design plans and blueprints.
  
• Ability to work on
  the fly – sometimes construction diagrams are not available- we
  want you to use your imagination and better
  judgement.
  
• Strong attention
  to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality
  workmanship.
  
• Excellent
  problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to project
  challenges.
  
• Physical fitness
  and stamina to handle the demands of outdoor carpentry
  work.
  
• Solid
  understanding of safety procedures and practices.
  
• Effective
  communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in
  a team environment.
  
• Preferably
  proficient in multiple aspects of the industry(But we're
  willing to train the right candidate)
  
• Ability to learn
  quickly and follow directions.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret
  landscape design plans and blueprints to understand project
  requirements.
  
• Perform skilled
  carpentry work, including cutting, shaping, and assembling wood
  and other materials to construct outdoor structures.
  
• Install and repair
  fences, decks, arbors, pergolas, and other landscape
  features.
  
• Collaborate with
  the landscaping team to ensure the seamless integration of
  carpentry elements into the overall design.
  
• Think creatively
  to come up with solutions on-site to make a project come to
  life.
  
• Adhere to safety
  protocols and maintain a clean and organized work
  area.
  
• Utilize various
  hand and power tools effectively and safely.
  
• Maintain tools
  and equipment in excellent working condition.
  
• Ensure timely
  completion of projects while meeting quality
  standards.
