Job Description:

We’re looking for a Last Mile Transportation Planner

Join our team and help drive the success of store delivery operations across 120–180 locations. In this role, you’ll optimize and coordinate the final leg of our supply chain, ensuring merchandise arrives on timeefficiently, and cost-effectively. What You’ll Do

  • Manage last mile delivery planning for 120–180 stores, ensuring timelycost-effective execution aligned with service level and budget targets.

  • Oversee daily transportation flows using TMS and tracking systems, resolving issues and maintaining delivery compliance.

  • Optimize delivery routes and performance using GPSrouting software, and data analytics to reduce costs and improve visibility.

  • Align resources with forecasted volumes and lead strategic planning, especially during peak seasons, to support store operations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Store OperationsLoss Prevention, and Distribution Services to drive operational improvements.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage escalations, enforce safety compliance, and monitor carrier performance against SLAs.

About You

  • 2–3 years of experience in logisticssupply chaintransportationdispatching, or a related field; experience in business or engineering is an asset.

  • Post-secondary education in BusinessTransportationLogistics, or Supply Chain Management preferred; CITT or P.Log. designation is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex variables and develop effective solutions.

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build collaborative relationships across teams.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in TMSdispatch and fleet management software; experience with WMS and network optimization tools is an asset.

  • Experience with Blue Yonder is a great asset.

  • Solid computer skills, including ExcelWord, and PowerPoint.
