The Opportunity:

The Licensed Practical Nurse acts as the key communication contact between management, residents and their families as well as contributing to patient care and safety. They play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of residents, monitoring their conditions, and providing compassionate and skilled care.

What You Will Need:

• At least 1 years’ experience in working with seniors.

• Demonstrated excellence in dementia care and interpersonal skills.

• Completion of an accredited License Practical Nurse education program.

• Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the provincial College of Licensed Practical Nurses.

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support – Health Care Provider.

Internal closing Date: February 25, 2026

Hours of work: 7 am - 7 pm (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off etc.)

Note: This temporary position is up to one year or to the return of the incumbent. This position may end with 2 weeks written notice.
