Litigation Associate (3.5 6 Years Call)

Our client, a well-established and growing litigation boutique, is seeking a talented Mid-Level Litigation Associate with approximately 3.5 to 6 years of experience to join its team. About the Role

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of complex litigation matters, including:

• Commercial litigation


• Fraud and asset recovery disputes


• Shareholder and partnership disputes


• Breach of contract claims


• Fiduciary duty litigation


• Tax disputes and regulatory matters


• Other complex civil litigation files

This position offers meaningful responsibility from the outset, including direct client contact, strategic involvement in files, and opportunities to appear before courts and tribunals.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• 3.5 to 6 years of litigation experience with a reputable law firm


• Membership in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia


• Strong academic credentials


• Excellent analytical, advocacy, and legal research skills


• Superior written and verbal communication abilities


• Sound judgment, professionalism, and strong client service orientation


• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
