What You'll Be Doing

• Safely and efficiently operate a front-end loader to load materials into trucks and hoppers while supporting production needs
• Conduct daily equipment inspections, report maintenance issues promptly, and assist plant operators with general plant duties as required
• Manage material stockpiles and add value-added products to concrete to ensure quality, consistency, and operational efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy yard and plant environment at all times
• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational standards while collaborating with plant and site teams to meet customer requirements

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment, particularly loaders
• Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to operational excellence
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
• Capability to follow instructions, adapt to changing priorities, and solve problems on site
• Dependable work ethic with the ability to maintain focus in an active industrial setting

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment. 

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
