Logistics Lead Hand

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Lead Hand to join our client's warehouse operations team. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Lead Hand is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities while ensuring accurate inventory management, order fulfillment, quality control, and exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities -

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and scheduled inventories.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, including rush orders and shipping documentation.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and resolving issues.
• Process paperwork for returns from client.
• Support the warehouse team to meet operational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a 3PL Logistics or related warehouse environment.
• Morning shifts, sometimes evenings and weekend availability may be needed. (Monday to Friday)
  
• Working knowledge of Canadian HSE regulations.
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP Warehousing knowledge is an asset.
• Forklift/Raymond Reach operating ability is an asset.
