Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Nurse Supervisor - Senior Care Leadership Role

Location:  New Westminster, BC

Shift:  Monday to Friday (Days) 

Salary:  $75,000 to $85,000

Site:  Pharmacy / Medical Clinic 

We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Nurse Supervisor to join a progressive senior care team focused on delivering exceptional clinical nursing services. This key leadership role will oversee nursing personnel, daily operations, and quality standards to ensure safe, effective patient care.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Nurse Supervisor responsibilities include managing team recruitment and retention, coordinating schedules to maintain optimal nurse-to-patient ratios, and conducting performance evaluations. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Nurse Supervisor will lead clinical huddles, handle escalations, and serve as a critical liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and support services. Operational budgeting and resource management also form a significant part of this position, alongside a commitment to quality improvement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Nurse Supervisor:

• Active LPN registration in good standing with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
• Strong knowledge of nursing practice standards and mandated nurse-to-patient ratios.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR-C certification.
• Leadership experience in nursing supervision or charge nurse roles preferred.
