What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment


• Execute preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and extend equipment life


• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs to production equipment


• Install, service, and maintain production and plant equipment


• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to complete maintenance tasks


• Diagnose issues, repair or replace parts, test equipment, and make adjustments


• Perform regular maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities


• Use hand tools, power tools, meters, and material-handling equipment


• Lubricate equipment components (conveyors, gear drives, pumps, motors) according to schedules and OEM specifications


• Identify and report defective equipment or unusual conditions


• Fabricate parts for repairs and equipment upgrades as needed


• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas


• Communicate effectively with production teams regarding maintenance activities


• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports


• Support cross-training and assist in other roles as needed


• Promote a positive company image while performing duties


• Follow all safety policies and procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Journeyperson certification in Millwright or a related trade preferred


• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience (oil & gas, manufacturing, or similar)


• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics


• Familiarity with CMMS systems is an asset


• Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment


• Valid driver’s license required
