Midland Transport is currently seeking a Senior Analytics Lead in Moncton, NB. The Manager, Data, Analytics & Reporting is responsible for leading Midland's enterprise analytics, reporting, and data governance capabilities, ensuring data is accurate, trusted, and consistently used to drive business performance. Operating at the intersection of business and technology, this role standardizes reporting, enforces governance, and delivers insights tied to operational and financial outcomes. This is a critical role in Midland’s transformation, building the foundation required to scale analytics, enable performance management, and support future advanced capabilities.

• Develop and execute the analytics roadmap, aligning priorities with business objectives and enterprise strategy.
• Partner with business leaders to turn key questions into actionable insights that improve performance, service, capacity, and revenue.
• Establish and govern enterprise reporting standards, KPI definitions, and a trusted single source of truth.
• Lead data governance, stewardship, quality, and data management practices to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Manage and develop analytics and data management teams, fostering accountability, capability growth, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the delivery of reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions that provide timely, accurate, and business-focused insights.
• Lead the execution of data and analytics initiatives, prioritizing work based on business value and measurable outcomes.
• Support AI enablement by ensuring data readiness, governance, performance measurement, and adoption tracking are in place.
• Act as a trusted analytics partner across business, technology, and transformation teams, driving alignment and data-informed decision-making.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in analytics, data management, business intelligence, or related leadership roles.
• Proven leadership experience managing analytics teams and driving data-focused initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Deep understanding of reporting, performance measurement, data governance, and data management best practices.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and modern data platforms, with Power BI experience preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive organizational change.

• Relevant industry, analytics, data, or project management certifications.
