Our Corporate Information Technology (CIT) team is entering a transformative era, and we are looking for a visionary leader to steer our journey toward a more data-mature and AI-ready organization.
We are seeking a Manager, Data & Analytics—a high-impact leadership role designed for a strategic thinker who excels at the intersection of technology, governance, and organizational change. This is your opportunity to build an enterprise-wide capability from the ground up, turning raw data into the City's most valuable strategic asset.
Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Information Technology, the Manager, Data & Analytics, is the architect of our enterprise data, analytics, and AI roadmap. This isn't just a technical role; it is a "builder" role focused on maturing the City’s people, processes, and platforms.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team across GIS, Data Science, and Business Intelligence to ensure that data is used confidently, responsibly, and effectively. Your mission is to move the needle on the City’s data maturity, replacing low trust in data with a robust culture of literacy and insight. You will be the primary champion for our Future State Vision, ensuring that as Leduc grows, our service delivery scales through intelligent, data-driven decision-making.
As a key member of the CIT Management Team, you will lead the charge in executing a multi-year roadmap designed to modernize our data ecosystem. You will:
You are a strategic influencer who understands that data maturity is as much about people and culture as it is about technology. You bring:
Certifications in CDMP (Data Management), ITIL, COBIT, Project Management and/or Change Management are considered significant assets.
Joining the City of Leduc means stepping into a leadership culture that values innovation and long-term impact. In this role, we offer:
If you are a data leader ready to build a legacy and help a growing city reach its full potential, we want to hear from you. Help us turn data into direction. Apply today at www.leduc.ca/careers.
Competition closes at 11:59 pm (MT) on November 05, 2026. Due to the high volume of resumes received, we are not able to respond to individual phone calls.
