About the Role
Davidson is seeking a Manager to join our Audit, Tax and Private Enterprise practice. In this role, you would be responsible for overseeing multiple client engagements, managing teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely services. You act as a key liaison between clients and the firm, contribute to strategic planning and process improvement, and support business development efforts. You’ll work with clients across industries such as real estate and construction, as well as community services and NPO’s. This role also plays a critical part in mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative team environment, and strengthening long-term client relationships.

We believe in transparency and fairness. The annual base salary range for this role is $95,000–$125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our total rewards package provides significant additional value beyond base compensation.
