Manager, Store II

Our BonLook - Toronto Eaton Centre is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as a Store Manager, to fill an existing vacancy! 

This position is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. Our store is open Monday to Sunday evening and weekend availability is required.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and fostering a customer-focused environment.  You’ll empower staff, optimize store performance, and enhance the lives of customers in a dynamic, rewarding, and collaborative environment!  Join a team passionate about fashion-forward eyewear and making a meaningful difference!   

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily store operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and alignment with company strategy, goals, and values 


• Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge


• Collaborate with Regional Manager to strengthen leadership capabilities and achieve store objectives


• Build and inspire motivated, high-performing teams aligned with organizational goals


• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by providing clear direction and cultivating a shared vision


• Motivate and influence team members by empowering them, creating enthusiasm, and gaining support to achieve store objectives


• Foster open communication through active listening and promoting a transparent, trust-based culture


• Drive store development by improving procedures, implementing initiatives and optimize customer care and store performance


• Champion company initiatives, evaluate their effectiveness, and implement best practices to strengthen and enhance the brand


• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience and creating value for every custome


• Support store operations by performing additional duties as required   

What You Bring

• Availability to work evenings and weekends


• College degree or equivalent experience  


• 2-4 years of management or supervisory experience  


• Previous experience in customer service and retail preferred 


• Understanding of operations, processes, and business performance 


• Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite 


• Proven ability to inspire, coach, and mentor a team while driving organizational goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences  


• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively  


• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills 


• Outstanding oral and written communication skills 


• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment 


• Knowledge of optical theory and eyewear merchandise is considered an asset

FYihealth group aims to create a comprehensive rewards package to attract and retain top talent.  The expected starting compensation for this position is between $63,900 to $79,900 annually, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications.  Base pay is just one component of our overall Total Rewards offering.  We look forward to speaking with you more about our continued dedications to our team's overall well-being and growth.
