GeoSpectrum is growing and has a new career opportunity for an experienced Manager of Technical Publications and Product Training!
Reporting to the Director of Major Programs, the Manager of Technical Publications and Product Training provides both strategic and operational leadership for the development, governance, and delivery of product-level technical documentation and training for GTI sonar systems. This role oversees technical publications, IETMs, training programs, courseware, and related knowledge products that support operations, maintenance, customer delivery, and internal readiness.
The Manager is responsible for building and maintaining department capability, including resource planning, quality standards, workflow maturity, stakeholder alignment, and delivery performance across multiple programs and products. Working closely with Program Management, Engineering, ILS, Sonar Operations, Field Service, and Quality, this role ensures all documentation and training deliverables are accurate, compliant, user-focused, and aligned with GTI’s business and program priorities.
