SALARY: Starting Salary Opportunity: $ 96,000+
Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.
BONUS: Bonus at Target: $ 24,000
This role may also be eligible for discretionary long-term incentive awards.
Variable Compensation opportunities are contingent on individual performance and overall business results, pursuant to the Bonus Plan; listed amount are targeted values and not guarantees.

ROLE SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a driven, forward‑thinking Total Rewards, Manager who can elevate our compensation and benefits strategy while navigating complex unionized and non‑union environments with confidence. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with pay transparency requirements, the Employment Standards Act (ESA), and labor legislation while optimizing our total rewards program to attract and retain top talent. To excel in this role, the candidate will possess a combination of analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to adapt to changing situations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Total Rewards Strategy:
Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with organizational goals and employee needs.
Ensure alignment of total rewards offering with market trends, legislation, and corporate objectives.
Review and assess policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Monitor compensation practices, assess market competitiveness, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Execution & Continuous Improvement
Ensure effective operational execution of total rewards programs, including benefits administration and compensation cycles.
Execute and adhere to the processes and timelines established by global/zone business units, ensuring timely execution for Canada.
Foster a proactive and optimization mindset, identifying areas for improvement within the total rewards program.
Continuously assess employee engagement and satisfaction with total rewards offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate should have a proven track record of delivering results and sustainable improvements in prior roles, by executing with discipline, dreaming big, leading the change, and demonstrating impact and influence.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
A minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and total rewards management, preferably in both union and non-union environments.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to produce and interpret compensation-related data.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS (Workday preferred).
Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage senior-level stakeholder relationships effectively.
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong Resilience and adaptability skills.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Languages: English (required), French Bilingual (asset).
