Job Description - Marketing & Growth Squad


This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing & Growth Squad based in Canada .


This is a highly strategic, hands-on growth and marketing role focused on expanding a leading Web3 ecosystem across the North American market. You will help shape narrative, community presence, and go-to-market execution within the crypto and blockchain space, working closely with global teams, founders, creators, and ecosystem partners. The role combines community growth, storytelling, and event-driven marketing with real operational ownership of regional initiatives. You will play a key part in strengthening brand visibility, building strategic relationships, and driving engagement across developer, investor, and retail communities. Operating in a fast-paced and distributed environment, this position is ideal for individuals deeply embedded in Web3 culture who thrive on execution and autonomy. It offers the opportunity to directly influence regional expansion strategy while contributing to high-impact campaigns and activations.


Accountabilities



  • Drive regional growth initiatives across North America by executing localized community and ecosystem expansion strategies.

  • Build and manage relationships with media outlets, key opinion leaders (KOLs), creators, and strategic distribution channels in the crypto/Web3 space.

  • Contribute to founder and ecosystem storytelling by shaping narratives across social, editorial, and partner communication channels.

  • Support go-to-market execution, including campaign planning, partnerships, and coordination of offline activations and industry events.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to execute marketing initiatives, community programs, and ecosystem growth efforts.


Requirements



  • 2+ years of experience in crypto, Web3, or blockchain marketing, community, or ecosystem growth roles, ideally focused on the North American market.

  • Strong understanding of the North America crypto landscape, including key communities, media, and industry dynamics.

  • Proven ability to execute in fast-paced, remote, and highly autonomous environments with strong ownership and accountability.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex Web3 concepts into compelling narratives.

  • Strong network within the crypto ecosystem (founders, creators, communities) is highly valued.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives across partnerships, campaigns, and community engagement efforts.
