Marketing Coordinator, Digital

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing & Sales Enablement, you will support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, content and thought leadership initiatives, and events that build brand awareness, generate leads and enable business development. You will work across multiple channels and platforms, track and report on performance, and bring a curiosity for emerging AI tools to continuously improve how we work.

Responsibilities

• Provide marketing support to managers and the broader team in the development and execution of campaigns and projects


• Support the coordination and deployment of content marketing and thought leadership initiatives across multiple channels, including blogs, collateral, email, press releases, social media, syndication and digital advertising


• Develop campaign briefs and manage delivery using internal marketing resources and external contractors and agencies


• Support the planning, execution and follow-up of marketing events, including coordinating logistics, managing vendor relationships, preparing materials and tracking outcomes


• Conduct competitive and market research to track industry trends and emerging channels, surfacing insights to inform campaign recommendations


• Support the tracking and reporting of leads and measurable results across multiple channels and systems, including CRM, website and advertising platforms


• Assist in the overall management and review of the marketing budget, ensuring projects stay on budget and invoices are coded correctly


• Maintain marketing databases, client lists, promotional materials, brochures and tradeshow equipment


• Actively explore and apply AI tools to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of marketing activities, sharing learnings with the broader team


• Develop a thorough understanding of MNP's services, businesses and industry

Skills and Experience

• Possess a degree or diploma in marketing, communications or business


• Minimum two (2) to four (4) years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B technology or professional services environment


• Proficiency with marketing, analytics, project management and CRM platforms is an asset


• Comfort working with campaign data to produce reports and dashboards


• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in a professional setting, and a curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring how AI can enhance marketing workflows


• Relevant marketing certifications are considered an asset


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams at all levels


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence and professionalism to engage effectively with senior stakeholders


• Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Word and PowerPoint


• French language skills considered an asset
