To support our continued growth, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Regional Technical Manager – Ontario to join our team.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary technical contact for our dealer partners in Canada.
Train and coach dealers on innovative calf-rearing technologies and best practices.
Foster long-term partnerships and help expand our presence within the region.
Manage your territory independently, including scheduling, travel planning, and customer activities.
Represent Holm & Laue at industry events, exhibitions, and customer demonstrations.
Ensure excellent follow-up and documentation to support a professional and customer-focused experience.

What You Bring

- Hands-on technical experience, ideally in agricultural equipment, dairy farming, or a related field.
- A passion for agriculture and a genuine desire to help dairy producers succeed.
- Enthusiasm for innovative technology and a passion for explaining technical solutions and supporting customers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with dealers, customers, and colleagues.
- A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage your territory independently.
- Flexibility, initiative, and a practical, hands-on approach to solving technical challenges and supporting customers.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to continuously learn, grow, and develop your skills.
- The motivation to contribute to the success of our dealers, customers, and the Holm & Laue team.
