ECI Dartmouth is looking for a New Truck Sales Representative to join the team! What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers by delivering exceptional service throughout the sales process.


• Conduct engaging truck presentations and demonstrations, both in person and virtually.


• Understand customer needs and recommend the best truck and financing solutions.


• Prepare accurate quotes, explain purchase options, and guide customers through the buying process.


• Schedule and coordinate test drives, vehicle deliveries, and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.


• Proactively generate new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers.


• Plan, organize, and manage your sales activities to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.


• Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine passion for the trucking industry and helping customers succeed.


• Previous experience in sales or customer service; truck, automotive, or commercial vehicle sales experience is considered an asset.


• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.


• A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.


• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work independently.


• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.


• A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture.


• A valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
