Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy Manage visitor check-ins, desk assignments, and workspace access Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming reception and common areas Manage daily office operations to ensure the workspace is clean, stocked, and functional Oversee office supplies, groceries, lunch orders, and swag inventory Coordinate mail, deliveries, and vendor communications Liaise with building management regarding maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep Handle last-minute meeting room bookings and priority-based changes Support onboarding and offboarding logistics, including desk setup, access, NDAs, and welcome experience Provide onsite support during special team weeks, events, and cross-team initiatives Support other departments and remote employees as needed Assist with staff events and basic staff record tracking Provide customer support via email and in-person interactions Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity Complete additional tasks as assigned to support office operations 3-5 years of relevant experience in an office, facilities, or professional services environment Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) due to a high volume of visitors who are Francophones and Anglophones.
