Office Equipment Delivery Manager

Job Description:

• The client is seeking an IT-based Delivery Manager capable of orchestrating user environment (office automation) deliverables from both an application and technological perspective. The role focuses on functional coordination and oversight, not technical execution: the individual coordinates contributors, manages risks and changes, and drives quality towards the goal of "zero contact with the IT Support team for office automation services."
  


• The recurring themes (coordination, functional oversight, change management, alignment, planning) point to a Delivery Manager profile with strong interfacing skills for interacting with stakeholders (IT, Business, Cashier, and Non-Cashier departments). The "user environments and office automation services" context is what distinguishes this mandate from a generic application delivery. This should not be confused with a Project Manager or PMO without an IT background, nor with an office automation deployment technician lacking coordination experience.
  

Requirements

Required:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  


• Experience in information technology
  


• Coordination and management of deliverables (waterfall or agile methodology)
  


• Functional supervision of contributors and team coordination
  


• Management of risks, impacts, changes, and the quality of deliverables
  

Desired:

• Experience in a user environments or office services context
