Hungerford Properties is an established Vancouver-based Indigenous-owned real estate company with more than 50 years of success across Western Canada. We specialize in investing, managing, and building a diverse portfolio that includes industrial, self-storage, residential, office, and retail properties. Hungerford Properties was founded in 1972 in Vancouver by George Hungerford who wanted to create value and opportunity for his community through real estate. Over the years, the company has grown from a small family business to a key player in the Western Canadian market, with a portfolio of diverse assets across multiple sectors. The company has overcome many challenges, such as recessions, market fluctuations, and regulatory changes, and has achieved consistent success, such as developing award-winning projects, securing strategic partnerships, and delivering consistent returns to investors. Today, Hungerford Properties has more than 50 employees and operates in three provinces, with over 1.7 billion square feet of property under management or development.
