Job Description - Other Assisting Occupations in Support of Health Services NOC 33109 Jobs In-Demand *APPLY FOR FUTURE

Make sure supplies and
medical equipment are
restocked.

Improve patient
mobility.

Equipment setup required by
healthcare workers.
Collect the patient's
temperature, blood pressure and blood
sugar and record the
results.

Record the patient's
pulse rate. Weigh the
patient.

Prepare the patient for
treatment.

Make beds, distribute toilet
bowls, collect toilet bowls.

Requirements

Pass a medical
examination.
Clear background
checks.
Experience in
care giving is preferred.
Previous medical
knowledge is helpful but not required.
A desire to work
with everyone regardless of their origin, race or
creed.
Good
communication skills.
Good listening
skills.
Can physically
lift the patient.
