Painting & Property Maintenance – Kitchener, ON.
Employment Type: 3 Month Full Time Contract | Experience Level: Entry-Level

Compensation: $22.00/hour

Schedule: On Site, Monday to Friday

The Painting & Property Maintenance position will be responsible for interior and exterior painting projects for residential and commercial properties, ensuring all work is completed with a high level of quality, precision, and attention to detail. This role includes edging, rolling, surface preparation, and general painting duties to maintain clean, professional, and visually appealing finishes. They will also assist with general maintenance & upkeep of the properties

This is a 3 month full time contract position.

Responsibilities

• Painting & Surface Preparation


• Assist with setup and cleanup of job sites


• Handle and transport materials, tools, and equipment as required


• Support general property upkeep and light maintenance tasks


• Adhere to safety procedures and proper handling of materials

Key Attributes

• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship


• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions


• Ability to follow instructions and work independently


• Physically capable of standing, lifting, and working on ladders


• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn


• Previous painting experience is an asset but not required (training provided)


• A valid G driver’s license is an asset, but not required for this role.
