What it takes:

• A Level 1 or Level 2 Insurance Agent License (required)
• Proven experience in insurance sales and service—you know your stuff and you perform
• A strong track record in direct sales, promotions, or brokerage environments
• Confidence, resilience, and a real drive to succeed (we like unstoppable energy)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and PC skills
• Call centre experience? Even better—you’re already ahead of the game
