Position: Personal Expert (Generalist)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $20–$40/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design realistic, end-to-end personal workflows that challenge today's best models.
• Grade how agents handle scenarios across personal productivity, finance, logistics, health, research, legal, and learning.
• Build scenarios in areas like email triage, budget reconciliation, trip planning, and medical record organization.
• Evaluate agent performance on tasks such as transaction categorization, travel rebooking, and resume updates.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with strong writing and structured reasoning.
• Comfort with at least three domains: personal finance, travel and logistics planning, consumer research, health and insurance paperwork, legal document review, career and learning resources.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow explicit constraints and priorities.
• Clear written communication with step-by-step reasoning.
