**Position: Pharmacy Assistant**

**Location: Toronto, ON**

**Responsibilities:**

·         Assist pharmacists in daily operations and ensure adherence to regulatory standards

·         Process and fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently

·         Provide exceptional customer service and support through phone, in-person, and chat interactions

·         Collaborate with the pharmacy team to optimize workflow and enhance the overall customer experience

·         Manage inventory and assist in maintaining a well-organized pharmacy space

·         Stay informed about industry trends to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

**Qualifications:**

·         Pharmacy Assistant certification or relevant experience

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy in prescription processing

·         Excellent customer service and communication skills

·         Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

·         Familiarity with pharmacy technology is an asset

·         Familiarity with Kroll is an asset
