Pharmacy Clerk

As a Pharmacy Clerk at Pharmacy Ucluelet Co-op, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized service to our valued members. We prioritize establishing strong relationships with our members and fostering an environment that encourages their continued patronage. We are seeking a positive, dependable individual with a professional approach and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible to provide information, assistance, and exceptional customer service to all customers
• Inspect all received goods to ensure the quality and completeness of the order, and when required order and receive products. 
• Maintain shelf and display stock and organize all goods intended for sale to meet established standards. 
• Update and maintain an accurate and proper markdown report
• Keeps the pharmacy and back-stock areas clean, including properly disposing of garbage. Performs routine cleaning to maintain a safe, orderly, and efficient work environment. 
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

Working Conditions:

• Flexibility in scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Physically demanding tasks including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and occasional stair climbing
